The Assessments


We use confidential, on-line instruments  based on systems theory from leading authorities in the field of team development.  Based on current research, assessments can provide an accurate profile of the team as a system in its current state. The models incorporate recognized work in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Appreciative Inquiry, Positive Psychology and team research from leading universities. The strength of assessments are their ability to reveal the system to itself – it is the team evaluating itself, and not outside consultants evaluating the team. Team Building


As authorized facilitators and certified coaches, we use the results of an assessment to create a report, customize, formulate and conduct a training program tailored to your Team’s requirements. The professionally designed training program consists of modules covering topics such as; Deep Democracy  (hearing every voice in the system), diversity, team values, productivity, positivity, respect and relationship. Typically we recommend starting with an offsite two-day team training Intensive. Once the team has had an opportunity to absorb and practice their learning, additional support is available to further enhance the Connected, High Impact Teams skill set. Sessions can be held offsite, onsite or as part of a team building adventure program.


Team Tools


We use a variety of proprietary, next-generation Leadership and Relationship tools, customized to the needs of your current landscape, to provide the necessary skills and structures to create exponential results, individual accountability and sustained high team performance. The Connected, High Impact Teams methodology is transferable to your organization. We facilitate the initial project, and train as we move forward. Our presence will serve to reinforce a team’s newly acquired relationship skills, inspire the team to consider new approaches to overcome hurdles, and provide an accountability support system to ensure the team’s sustainable success.


Team Support


We provide our client’s Connected, High Impact Teams with comprehensive offsite, onsite and online (world wide) support systems. Our services include telephone and in person, team and one-on-one coaching, online training and testing, web conference based facilitations and, a structured team communication and accountability program to ensure the timely success of a project.  We also arrange off site meetings, conferences and training sessions.
